Lamb is considered an excellent meat all over the world. Some breeds of sheep have a stronger flavor than others. If you prefer a milder flavor, try comparing cuts from different sources. Both Icelandic and BFL are considered to be very mild. For those who prefer more flavor in their cooking, we offer mutton on occasion. Please contact us for availability. We are also ready to work with customers who would like to arrange special slaughter and processing. We have intact rams available.
